Only on certain circumstances I will accept exchanges. If we have talked about it and I agree to the exchange.
IT will be at your OWN expense to pay for the shipping AND you will issue a return shipping label for me to ship out the exchange items.
For Special orders: I will not do any refunds unless its a manufacturing defective issue.
Once the item has been shipped, I have no control of what happens at the post office. I'm so sorry I will not refund or send you a new items.
